Amazing ocean views, vibrant community atmosphere, accessible common areas

Shared bathrooms often dirty!!! Wi-Fi connection unreliable at times!!! Cold water issues in private bathroom!!! Limited towels available when requested!!! Maintenance on the hotel could use improvement!!!

It was unique, beautiful and with private bathroom. Agreeable staff did a great job. The location of the hotel was super central, really close to good restaurants, the bar area downstairs and the beach and convenience stores...

Everything was nice, so were perfect views over the beach. We booked standard queen room and greatly enjoyed it. Our location was good to all the bars literally across the road.

Awesome vibe with great staff!

The chill zones had fine views of the beach, and hearing the ocean at night was so relaxing. The restaurant's food was delicious and good value. Only thing was, my room was a bit noisy at night with all the socializing.

Had a great stay for a 1 stop vacation, everything was great. The pool was amazing and the staff was agreeable and wonderful. The bed was extremely comfy, the room was unique and beautiful with private bathroom. Had good drinks in the pool bar.

Very beautiful, unique hotel complex with great attention to detail. Great ambience and many recreation possibilities like at the pool, on the terraces or at the bar.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms (including textiles provided for the guests) as well as the common areas was not satisfactory.

Amazing sea views and chill vibes, but location too far from La Punta.

Enjoyed Puerto Escondido, the hotel was very inviting and exceptionally friendly on the hillside. The property had a FAVOURABLE location within short walking distance to Zicatela Beach.

Relaxed atmosphere due to relaxed staff and relaxed guests.

The pool area was enjoyable, but the lack of towels was inconvenient.

The room was super comfortable, the facilities very nice, with two pools, bar, pool table. The internet in Coworking Space is very fast and you can work here in a relaxed way.

The kitchen was really gross and almost never used. There were no bowls to eat cereal.

the lower pool was especially dirty.

We enjoyed sunset live music at La Punta and took a lovely bioluminescence tour at Lake Manialtepec. The location is perfect for water activities, and the vibe is super chill. Don't miss the delicious on-site restaurant!

Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly . One incident involved a rude response when we tried to use our welcome drink voucher.

Food and drinks rather expensive. Prices changed after extension (more expensive). Confusion with paying. Kitchen badly equipped and dirty. Fridges very dirty. Rather young people. Pool table is surrounded by beams :)

I was warmly welcomed from day one! Everyone was very open and helpful! A big thanks to JJ, Julio, Esteban, Nico, Emanuel, Sofia, Andrea, Mia and Nina!!!! I love you guys and I will miss you so much!!!
